Situated alongside the Leeds Liverpool canal is the 150-year-old warehouse full of heritage and character, a space that captures the heart of Yorkshire and homes the ‘hidden gem’ restaurant nestling between Saltaire, Shipley and Baildon.

The Waterside Bistro offers modern Yorkshire food made primarily from locally-sourced seasonal ingredients, from local meats, North Sea fish, British wines and beers. The recent pandemic put a focus on using seasonal local produce, and in Yorkshire we are
